Installation
You have the option of using Scratch in the browser or as an offline, disk-based application. I highly recommend the free download of Scratch 3.
Adobe Air
Adobe Air must be installed before you can install Scratch. Adobe Air has been taken over by a Samsung company called Harman. Be sure to use the link provided to download the Adobe AIR – Runtimes for end-user download.
Scratch 3
You can download Scratch from this link https://scratch.mit.edu/download/ and install it, or install it from the Microsoft Store . The latest version as of writing this is Scratch 3.29.1.
The easiest way to install Scratch is through the Microsoft Store.

- Search for “Scratch” in the search bar
- Select Scratch 3 from the list of results
