The .msi extension is for Microsoft Windows Installer packages.
Download the mysql-installer-web-community-8.0.32.0.msi. The “-web-” version requires you to stay online during installation.
If you need to install it without an online connection, choose the mysql-installer-community-8.0.32.0.msi file instead.
