Using PowerPoint’s Photo Album feature

I cannot tell you how many times I have seen people not create a slideshow to show an audience an album with a large number of photos because “it would take too much time to set the presentation up”.

Follow the steps in the slideshow below:

Activate the Insert menu
Select the Photo Album button
Select the New photo Album option
Left-click the File/Disk… button to browse to your folder of photos
Select an image(s) from the folder
Preview the current selected image
Some basic editing options
You can reorder selected image(s) using the up and down arrows
You can Remove selected image(s)
The Picture layout options include: Fit to slide, 1 picture, 2 pictures, 4 pictures, 1 picture with title, 2 pictures with title, 4 pictures with title
Left-click the Create button
